What data we collect

The extension reads publicly visible information from resume pages on HH.kz/HH.ru and LinkedIn profile pages when the user explicitly clicks the "Import to CRM" button. This includes: name, job title, city, salary expectations, skills, work experience, and education.

How we use data

The collected data is sent exclusively to the Change HR CRM system (hrcrm.asia) and stored in the company's private database. Data is used solely for recruitment purposes by authorized employees of Change HR recruitment agency.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer candidate data to any third parties. Data is accessible only to authorized CRM users within the organization.

Authentication

The extension requires an API key generated within the CRM. The key is stored locally in Chrome's sync storage and is used to authenticate API requests to hrcrm.asia.

Permissions

• storage — to save the API key locally in Chrome
• host_permissions (hrcrm.asia) — to send data to the CRM API
• Content scripts (hh.kz, linkedin.com) — to read resume/profile data and display the import button
